The Scholarship Administrator at the College of Nursing oversees the day-to-day operational processes related to student scholarships within the college. Their responsibilities include managing scholarship procedures during regular cycles and off-cycles. This involves assessing student eligibility for scholarships based on specific criteria and ensuring accurate record-keeping of award transactions. Additionally, they maintain up-to-date data in the USF Award Spring system and manage internal college files using financial tools such as Finance Mart, USF Financial Aid reports, Oasis, and other relevant reporting tools. The CON Scholarship Administrator collaborates directly with the Student Success and Nursing Scholarship Committee, preparing both annual and ad-hoc reports for various university departments.
